Switch point. prefer to switch on the spring. (It is also possible to modify the resistance by removing the back plate) Without resistance the little Red engine from the 90's can be used.

Switch point cut to a double switch.
I have chosen to make the cut a little off-center to gather with 2x8 MOD baseplates. If you make it a little big, you can file it and get away with a fairly decent connection.

Signal. Lamp block 80s (up to 12V). (/ Physical signal Red motor 90's) often controlled with relays.

Road Crossing. 2 x lamp block 80's (up to 12V). 2 x Red motor 90's controlled by motion sensor or reed switch
Light on train. Picked up from track.
