Studies

Programmed field powered 9v roundabout.

Programmed 9V shuttel with 3 stops

 

Simple shuttle with NXT. Powered with constand current through battery. Reed switch used as push sensor for third stop..

 

 

Shuttle with field stop. technic HUB + Pybricks. Powered by speed regulator through a pole reverser. Using a servo for the third stop controled by a Wedo 2.0 motion sensor.

 

Track with rectifier diode. Cut a groove in the middle of the first track, file iron and let the rectifier diode stuck on both sides of the groove.

Reverse current direction with relays. Signal to trigger from HUB. PU wire 1 and 2 to Gnd+In1 and Vcc. 9V power in from Speed regulator connected to Com. Current out for track No1+Nc2 and Nc1+No2.

Reed switch in rail. Use the touch sensor blog. Modify tiles for placement of Reed on track and place magnet under engine.

Programming. In NXT 2.0. as well in Pybricks. Back and forth is on time. First run for the sensor, then run on time and current reverses direction.

 

 

Main Power. 9V speed regulator through relay or Steady power through battery.(NXT)

Sensor. Reed switch. Work with NXT push botton blok. Wedo2 motion sensor work with Pybricks

Signal. Lamp block 80s (up to 12V). (/ Physical signal Red motor 90's) often controlled with relays.

Switch point. Red engine 90's (for spring attack or modified)

Road Crossing. 2 x lamp block 80's (up to 12V). 2 x Red motor 90's controlled by motion sensor or reed switch

Light on train. Picked up from track.
